Callout and diagnosis
£20 callout fee (waived if you accept the quote)
This covers the visit to diagnose the fault and talk you through options.
Repair work
- Labour quoted after diagnosis
- Parts charged at cost (quoted before ordering)
- No work starts until you approve the quote
If a repair is not worth doing, we will tell you honestly.
Payment methods
Accepted: Cash, Bank transfer.

Parts
Some parts are brand-specific. We quote parts before ordering.
Access
Integrated units or tight spaces can take longer to access safely.
Time
Simple faults can be fixed quickly; others need deeper testing.
