Yes. If parts are needed, we confirm the cost before ordering. Genuine parts are used where possible.
What payment methods do you accept?

What if an appliance is leaking?
If it is safe to do so, switch the appliance off. If water is involved, turn the supply off. Then call us and we will advise.
Where do I find the appliance I.D. plate?
Most appliances have an I.D. plate (sometimes called a rating plate) showing the model and serial number. On washing machines it is often found around the door opening or inside the door area, but the exact location varies by appliance. Other common places include the side or back panel, around the appliance frame, or inside a small flap. If you can, send us a photo of the I.D. plate / rating plate along with details of the fault.
I.D. plate / rating plate help
If you can, a clear photo of the I.D. plate / rating plate is one of the quickest ways to confirm the make/model and serial details.
